Our 30 day Money Back Guarantee:

Sharon Lavonne Products guarantees the quality and freshness of all products offered.  If a product does not meet your expectations, simply return the product along with your original receipt.  No questions asked!

All you have to do is return the items within 30 days of your purchase date. Only products purchased on Sharonlavonne.com may be returned for a full refund in that 30-day period. Please contact our Customer Care department at 914-525-9111 to notify us of the return. 

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Returns will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive your items and return them to inventory. We will then credit the card originally used to make your purchase. 

Please note that return shipping fees are nonrefundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Your refund will be processed based on the original form of payment (minus return shipping and handling). 

Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your package, please contact Sharon Lavonne Products Customer Care at 914-525-9111 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. EST., Monday through Friday.  We will be happy to assist you! 

Cancellation Policy

At this time, Sharon Lavonne Products LLC cannot change, adjust prices or cancel an order once it has been submitted.
